This arena is an 80’ x 200’ x 16’ truss-roof arena with attached 72’ x 96’ x 10’ stable. The arena has two 14’ x 14’ standard split sliding doors, one 4’ x 7’ standard exterior passage door, 4’ filone panel windows around the perimeter, one 6’ x 6’ standard venting cupola, and a 4’ shiplap pine kickwall (straight).

The stable is a 72’ x 96’ x 10’ post and beam-box stall barn with four 12’ x 8’ split sliding doors without glass, four 4’ x 7’ interior passage doors for storage areas, one 4’ x 7’ standard loft door, twenty 12’ x 12’ stalls, one 12’ x 24’ tack/storage area, one 12’ x 24’ feed/storage area, two 12’ x 12’ wash stalls, one 12’ x 24’ observation room, a 24’ x 96’ partial loft with stairs, two 2’ x 3’ haydrops, and a 12’ x 96’ center aisle.
