This barn was an exceptionally custom-designed and built 36’ x 62’ bank barn. The barn includes four 12’ x 12’ stalls with custom arched stall doors, a heated office, heated tack room, feed room and 12’ x 14’ open bay for the custom swing-in arched entry doors and for grooming on the main floor. There is a full loft above with a custom dog-house dormer, balcony and a second swing-in arched door, a standard loft door on the gable end, two smaller dog-house dormers, and a 6’ x 6’ venting cupola with witch’s hat. The bottom floor (below ground) has three overhead doors and garage space with drive-in access. The customer also upgraded to clapboard siding and custom eave overhangs.
